The National Clinical Care Commission (NCCC) will hold its fifth meeting on November 22, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET. This meeting is open to the public and will be held at the Bethesda North Marriott Conference Center, Rockville, MD. If you can’t attend in person, you can register to join by webcast. Register today!

At this meeting, you’ll hear presentations from federal agencies about programs designed to prevent, treat, and manage diabetes. Then the Commission will discuss topics for the Commission’s final report based on the presentations. The report is set to be released in 2021.

ODPHP hosted the fourth NCCC meeting online in September 2019. The meeting featured a discussion about key focus areas in diabetes prevention, treatment, and care — and previewed methods for organizing the final NCCC report using evidence-based theoretical models. Each subcommittee also gave a progress update. Learn more about previous NCCC meetings.

We hope to see you at the next meeting. And keep up with the NCCC’s activities by signing up for email updates.
