The President’s Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition Science Board is a subcommittee of the Council that helps elevate scientific research related to physical activity, physical fitness, sports, and nutrition.
The Science Board Subcommittee assists the Council in its efforts to promote healthy and active lifestyles for all Americans. This assistance includes sharing scientific expertise related to Council activities, supporting the implementation of specific initiatives, or developing science-based reports.
2022 Science Board
The 2022 Science Board is focused on physical activity among older adults and supporting the development of a Physical Activity Guidelines Midcourse Report on Older Adults.
