In 2021 the objective title was revised to more closely align with the language used in the proposed data source. The objective title was revised from, "Increase the number of children with a developmental delay who receive early intervention servised by 48 months of age" to "Increase the proportion of children with a developmental delay who receive special services to meet their developmental needs by 48 months of age".
