Questions used to obtain the national baseline data
From the 2018 National Survey on Drug Use and Health:
Numerator:
Have you ever, even once, used [marijuana or hashish]?- Yes
- No
- Within the past 30 days — that is, since [DATE]
- More than 30 days ago but within the past 12 months
- More than 12 months ago
- 1 or 2 days
- 3 to 5 days
- 6 to 9 days
- 10 to 19 days
- 20 to 29 days
- All 30 days
Methodology notes
Daily or almost daily use in past month is defined as having used the substance on 20 or more days in the past month.
